If a properly constituted Rivers' State House of Assembly were to be the one asking for a refund the situation would have been understandable. It's actually preposterous that a sole administrator whom the laws does recognize is actually asking for a refund. Who is the sole administrator going to render the account of the money to? He is going to render accounts to Tinubu in France?

The hypocrisy of the NBA is the fact that they're not really interested in fighting the constitutionality or otherwise of the SOE, rather they're more interested in their own stomach infrastructure. They know that if after collecting N300million from Fubara and then go ahead with the conference without putting on an appearance that looks like they are fighting for the man that gave them the money, when Fubara finally comes back, their food shop will close automatically. Knowing that Rivers State is the biggest sponsor of NBA conference since the time of Wike. NBA is playing a common sense game, how would they support a man that will be around for only six months as against a man that will be there four atleast four years, when they can always come get the cookie jar from Fubara anyday anytime.

My comments was shading Rivers state for such claim of missing N2.6bn. If that's how attractive the NBA conference is, every state will be rushing it.

I actually thought the conference have been held hence asking how much did Enugu state generate for the said conference that Rivers is claiming of missing N2.6bn
