Corrupt Reps cannot speak for rivers state, neither can the less the 6months administrator and even if they must return it them it will be to the democratically elected governor when he returns.

If they are protesting the state of emergency in rivers then they should wait till Fubara is reinstated and host in Rivers. 300M is a lot to be giving as gift rather it should be spent on skills acquisition for the citizens of the state
