My baby sister was in CCU, ie the private hospital section of lasut where you have 24 hour access to all the consultants, Infact of they are treating someone in the general ward, likely they will hurry up to come see you because you are paying very heavy money. Despite that my sis still died in that place. If money could have saved her in the Nigerian context, she would have been alive. Ferrying her from lasuth to Marcelle Ruth in VI and back to lasuth. If only we had known the money spent would have flown her abroad and likely alive today. But it started like play play, she drove home, parked her car and went to the hospital for surgery in which she was to return home the next day, she never did. Like play like play after a week she was dead. Bros, we depleted 30k in less than 11 days. Last last it was septis that got her.

But the reason why there seems to be a high casualty rate in places like Luth is because many cases brought in there are either terminal or bad from other facilities that couldn't handle them.That is not however,excusing some avoidable deaths there.

Bro the negligence at LUTH is what is killing most of their patients, not even the disease or illness that brought them there in the first place. I watched a woman walked in company of her two daughters, smiling and chatting with everyone at the ward. Her own case , she's been diagnosed with diabetes and was to start insulin treatment. Do you know that's how she was abandoned and after five days she was wheeled on a gurney to the mortuary. Bros the torment from the sound of the squeaky wheels on that particular gurney, is enough to send someone into cardiac arrest.

A friend of my parents, by the time they found her liver cancer, it had spread outside the liver to bones etc. She opted not to treat it because she knew it was not worth it.

So I called my friends at LUTH and they told me that your mother was admitted. Your mother was attended to when she came and her vital signs were stable, so they told her to do some test so it would be reviewed before taking an action because not everyone gets admitted, some people are stable enough to go to the clinic. Your mom was never rejected and this action of yours is malicious and for content purposes. Luth has limited spaces serving 20m+ people in Lagos and your video didn't show any refusal of care. Now your mom is being treated at LUTH, this is how you thank the few doctors and nurses there for attending to your mom. Your mom is one of many patients and some patients didn't get admitted because there was no bedspace and no hospital will admit a patient when there's no bed space. You got a bedspace and this is how you how your appreciation. You could have decided to go to another facility but you choose LUTH because you trust she'd be taken care of and now she's on admission, what is your excuse now? You don't make contents about everything
