In Nigeria, a billionaire in naira is a billionaire.

I don't understand Igbos' obsessiveness with Lagos State. You don't see northerners even holding wedding in Lagos or Abuja. They take it back to their region - Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, etc. Guests fly to those states to attend the event. When rich Igbos want to have their weddings, it must be Lagos. I don't understand this level of obsessiveness!
