People are looking for jobs while the employed keep toying with the ones they have.

I had a bitter experience with a CC of an insurance bank . I sent money since last month to my insurance account and sent receipt to the CC on Whatsapp to confirm.

Cc replied after a week that it's yet to reflect. I had to send a mail to my bank and they confirmed the transaction was successful and even sent the session id of the transaction.

I sent all these to the CC and got no reply for over 3 weeks. Sent a mail ..no response. I was frustrated.

Luckily for me, I sell some items online and a customer told me to deliver items at same insurance bank address. It struck me because that's the same insurance bank I was using and I knew she may be a staff.

I messaged her and detailed my issues of the payment I made a month ago. In less than 3 days, the issue was resolved and my payment confirmed. I told her of what the CC did.

CC immediately responded to me on Whatsapp, apologized for the delayed response and confirmed my payment.

Now my question is
What if I didn't meet this customer that helped me? My money will just go like that..

Please if you're employed, take your job seriously and stop any form of eye service.

don't mind him. I just wanted my issue resolved. I told the lady who helped me to reorientate her staff. It's a system issue. People are not checked
