When I hear people threatening the end of Nigeria, I wonder if it's actually a bad threat or rather a hope of glory.

North has been rigging election for north, under age voting and changing figures.

When the ball is not in northern hands, they will want to do the right thing but when the ball Is in their hands, they call white black, ignoring the fact and truth.

Lol. Are you sure it's not the other way round? How is the South united? The North usually votes one-way until 2023 when they went against that to accommodate Tinubu. This will not happen again in 2027. Tinubu on the other hand, has not won the confidence of electorates from the Southsouth and Southeast. Forget what the elites are saying. Listen to the people.

Southern Nigeria will be very glad for Northerners championing the secession of the country.

I doubt it any way that such statement comes from him.

Lol. I love how the North is threatening fire and brimstones over 2027; you would think after a northerner spent 8 uninterrupted years as President of Nigeria (they took virtually all the positions available and controlled all the major security apparatus) and only just left office about two years ago, you would think that their economic and security situation would've been the envy of the rest of Nigeria that watched while Northerners held sway.

While I've no sympathy for Tinubu and how he has also divided Nigeria along ethnic lines with his obviously skewed political appointments, I find it troubling that Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed may be insinuating that the North has a penchant for instigating insecurity just to get a President (especially those from the South) they don't like out of office.

They tried it with Obasanjo (Shari'ah, religious crises etc) but he was able to out-maneuvre them; they tried it with GEJ & succeeded largely due to his political naivety and desire to uphold the rule of law over personal ambitions. They're trying it now with Tinubu (another Southerner) & the verdict is yet to be out on if they'll succeed this time or fail.

Finally, the threat by Dr. Baba-Ahmed that "Nigeria will end" if the 2027 elections is rigged (against the North) is just the ramblings of another disgruntled politician: the worse that will happen is they'll instigate their blind & brainwashed followers to protest, destroy lives and property in mostly Kano (this may not even be really effective if plans to woo Kwankwaso to APC succeed), Bauchi (again, their plans may not succeed in Christian-dominated parts of the state due to the Yakubu Dogara-factor) & Kaduna (mostly parts of northern & central Kaduna) while other northern states like Katsina, Jigawa, Zamfara, Kebbi, Yobe, Taraba, Gombe, Adamawa, Sokoto, Borno, Plateau, Niger, Nasarawa, Kwara, Kogi & Benue may just remain indifferent to how those other 3 states up there may react to the outcome of the polls. Well, as for the South-south and South-west, it'll be business as usual while the South-east may or may not participate in any unrest that will further jeopardize the volatile security situation in the region.

The question will now be, which Nigeria will end? Perhaps Dr. Baba-Ahmed needs to be reminded that Nigeria doesn't start and end in the North and what the North wants!

Nigeria will expire before May 29, 2027.

Let it end if it wants to end! Let us shut the boarder against each other
