Born to rule mentality. Same threat Amhadu Bello made in the 1950s that made Azikiwe to abandon the southern coalition and instead joined forces with the North to form a government where he was made a ceremonial president while the North took the powerful Prime Minister position.

Unfortunately for Baba-Ahmed, An Azikiwe no longer exist in this era.

Nigeria should be reverted back to regional government system so every region can sit tight.

This way no region will encourage banditry, or any other social vices that will put their region behind, the present system encourages dependency of some on others to survive, and create chance to be indulging in unsustainable practices that hinders development

Agberoism is thriving in one state because there is no other place to run to, if others places are free and peaceful, certainly it will easy to abandon agberoism and run elsewhere but as it stand now, agberoism appears to be better than Unknown gunmen and banditry

It's quite clear to the discerning that the President and the Vice President are not in good terms. Hakeem Baba Ahmed served under the Vice President's office and when you juxtapose that with the opposition coming from the Borno bloc ( Zulum, Ndume, Monguno), you will begin to get the picture.

By the way, what happened to the Tax bills? The government seems to have lost interest in it after Shettima and the governors had their way. So the major reason for wanting to pass it in the first place was the increase in VAT and the derivation sharing formula? The President and his Vice's relationship went downhill ever since that episode, perhaps even before then. Shettima might fight Tinubu by proxy if rumours of his replacement turns out to be true.
