Depends on Interpretation on the ending...

Ymir's backstory revealed that she was hunted by the King Fritz's men 2000 years ago and chased by dogs.
Zeke explained to Armin in the finale that she felt fear and when she came into contact with the "source of life" she wished for a bigger and stronger body

The boy at the post-credits scene was accompanied by his pet dog. He was exploring the ruins and was not chased by anyone...
So rather than being motivated by fear like Ymir, he seemed to be motivated by curiosity...

I think the author purposely made that distinction

My interpretation here is that since his circumstances of finding the tree are different, it may not be Titans that will return...
Something new may be born instead...

Even if it's Titans, they may be used for a different purpose by the kid unlike Ymir that was used by Fritz to wage war on his enemies and build his empire

Premise:

A traumatized member of an elite para-military police force falls for the sister of a female terrorist courier who died in front of him on duty.

This anime movie was quite confusing at first until major Revelations and plot twists in the second half.

A Practical Guide To Evil is on Webtoons. I won't lie, I never really had high hopes for a Webtoons adaptation but this has surpassed my expectations. They've done a good job balancing worldbuilding with action and I can't complain about the art. Give this a shot if you're into "rational" webnovels such as Worm and Mother of Learning.
