Many casualties were recorded after gunmen lunched an attack on travelers in Delta state community.

A lady who shared a video from the incident said the gunmen, suspected to be herdsmen, kidnapped many people and also killed two children.

The lady who was en route Abraka to Benin City captured a bloodied man and many other injured victims on camera.

“Our driver noticed that something was wrong, so he quickly reversed back”, the lady shared the experience, stating that two children were killed in the incident.

In the whole region of Nigeria comes insecurity. Kidnappers and banditry have taken siege in the land. The police force, DSS and SSS are uncertain where to start from.

The military combating terrorism in the North East region beckon on sister agencies but the government isn't helping.

Surrender your weapons all ye children of Jihad and draw a plan to build a better future.

Land disputes in middle belt regions should be address, but the evil of the leaders won't let them.

This is getting out of hand. Something drastic should be done. Local vigilante group should be set up but should be under strict Police supervision.

Nigeria is REALLY SAFE.

Policing is not just about combating crime or repelling the activities of assailants; It's actually more about detecting crime and this is best done with robust and effective community policing. The security architecture of this country should be thoroughly decentralized. There should be a close-knit relationship between the community members and the police. Kidnappers live among us, they have friends and neighbors and

The very fact that this country is divided into states/senatorial districts/federal constituencies/local government/wards shows that security can still be properly planned and managed.

I strongly share in the belief that the buck still lies on the presidency. Starting from the presidency to the top security officers, these state actors should be made accountable for any security lapse and failure.

We should also begin to imagine the agony and pain faced by people when they learn about the death or incarceration of their loved ones and family members.

The military are clearly overwhelmed but pride won't allow them agreeing to engagement of machineries to help combat this menace.

APC is working , Shey men no dey Delta state? So people no fit charge enter this hideouts take out this kidnappers or herdsmen and damn the consequences and rally around each other if the law want to arrest any of them, because as it is ehn it seems this criminals have immunity

Is anyone in charge of security in this country?

I hate to hear the attacks are politically motivated to embarrass the government. Hell no! The government has all the resources and apparatus than a few individuals.

This is because they don't know their job, people go to police station to apply not because of the job but the salary and the bribery and corruption,
The Earlier we start taking laws into our hands the better

By and large president Tinubu is doing possible best to reduce the level of insecurity in the country.

NO NOT PAYBACK BUT THANKS TO OUR WORTHLESS KINGS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS, WHO HERDSMEN BRIBE AND THEY GIVE OUT THE LANDS TO THEM EVEN PEOPLES FARMS. I HEARD THEY PAY IN TENS OF MILLIONS AND MULTIPLE COWS, GOATS AND RAMS.
DELTA IS A VERY LUCRATIVE HUB FOR HERDSMEN/KIDNAPPERS BECAUSE THE SECURITY AGENTS ARE ONLY USED TO GENERATE MONEY AND THE ROADS ARE VERY BAD TOO AND WE ALSO GOT REALLY THICK FORESTS.

They're all around us; just because it hasn't happened in your area yet doesn't mean you're safe.
