NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF TITLE: OBALEFUN AGBAYE CONFFERED ON MR GBADEBO RHODES-VIVOUR.

The above subject matter refers.

By the authority of the Obatala Agbaye-in- Council I hereby write to notify you on the height of desecration and despicable act appointing one Mr Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour as Obalefun Agbaye, a title preserved for appointment only by the Supreme Authority of Obalesun Obatala Agbaye in Council, for it is only Obalesun Obatala Agbaye, Oloja Iranje-Idita Town, who is the traditional head of Iranje-Idita Town that has right to bestow the title : OBALEFUN AGBAYE on anyone, and moreso the title goes with full traditional rites as an Oba under Obalesun Obatala Ile-Ife, Oloja Iranje-Idita Town, Ile-ife.

Unfortunately, we saw via trending video on the Internet displayed your person conferring illegally coronated title of OBALEFUN AGBAYE on Mr Gbadebo Rhode Vivour, consequently amounting to fraud, illegal appointment, violation of rites, impersonation and gross abuse of privileges.

We by this notice, unanimously withdrawn and cancel the conferred Obalefun Agbaye title on Mr Gbadebo Rhode Vivour, and thereby sanctioned your aforementioned group of disgruntled elements parading yourselves as "IJO OLORISA PARAPO AGBAYE", Badagry, Lagos State, wherein it is on record you were earlier sacked as Oba Aala Obatala of Lagos State for similar gross acts of misconducts and wanton criminalities, while your Cohort all of whom are unknown to the Council of Obatala Oba worldwide.

We shall not hesitate to take appropriate legal sanctions to cause the law enforcement agencies to initiate due diligent investigation and prefer criminal charges bordering on conspiracy to wit; fraudulent misrepresentation, deceits and despicable act of impersonation against you and any other person found culpable at a court of competent jurisdiction accordingly.

You hereby warned accordingly.
