Jesus as the head of the church did not leave most of the traditions the Roman catholic church glorifies. Most of the ceremonies were additions of men. One statement Jesus said was my Kingdom is not of this world, the Romanian state was the kingdom Christ encountered in His earthly interactions and HE did not endorse or partner with them throughout the course of his three year ministry. Roman catholicism only came a while after his ascension. The religion of Rome was not endorsed by Christ ever in his teachings.

What matters is that you are aware about the introduced human traditions, at least you can stop yourself and family from practicing the foregn traditions religiously. As you take heed, you can encourage other Christians you interact with to join you in sticking with the example Christ left us with. Except you become a clergy there is virtually nothing you can do about it corporately.
