That's FG bureaucracy for you. Just know that this MBAH is a different bred and a no nonsense Governor.

Anything he say he will do he will do. I doubt he even want to start this project and leave it for another governor to complete it.

Railway cost money. It took Lagos state 15 years to do two lines. Took government at federal government half that time, if not less to do Kaduna-Abuja.

Hence I give the state some leeway.
