The problem is from either
1,. No adequate vent in all the toilets and the septic tank
2. Soil pipe and waste pipe link together
3. Chambers not well separated
4. Check for any possible leakages around your soil pipe

If all these are ok then you need to consult your village people lolz

ahahahaha I had this in mine but problem was solved by one small thing
The use of magic waste pipes must be abandoned, as the U waste p ipe has trap water, this trap water prevent smells and offensive gasses together with all those measures you just said up there. I had to change all I have. I had 15 in total in mine. Mr p lumber hear whin for my hand.

You have made necessary provision for PHCN. That's a lovely installation. Since your inverter carry all the loads., it means you have done the necessary calculations. You can install inverter AC also as against the conventional type.. Having genrtstor as back up really makes a lot of senses. You will also spend less in recharging your Prepaid meter. Weldone sir.

I will consider inverter AC's just like you said. I want to do everything to remain off grid (but have phcn prepaid and genset as backup) and have 24 hours uninterrupted power. This is the way to go.

Is it a good idea to build a generator house directly under the tank stand? I am worried that about having an empty unutilized space under the tank stand when I am quite pressed for space in the compound, and I am a big fan of having the generator house with some electrical connections separate from the main house. Having the tank stand and generator house cleverly joined together could help me kill 2 birds with one stone

I don't think it's a good idea if the tank stand is going to be of metal/steel usage for it's construction.

I have not done it but I know it's something people do. However, you need to watch out for electrocution because water and electricity doesn't really go well together

Yes you are very right, I have updated the original post. but for your information, the gate is 13 Meters, 2mm thickness for the frames. Though I don't know thickness of the plates
