A lot of bandits have a head full of hair that has started becoming knotty because they lack the access to barbers. The videos I have seen that all have that tendency so the governor might be unto something.

Dreadlock people are not common in the department of banditry and terrorism, but plenty in the department of yahoo-yahoo plus and ritualism in contemporary days. Hope you are not one of them?
