The oil producing states are paid 13% derivation - percentage from the oil revenue.

Non oil producing states doesn't get that money, so, they probably have move funds than those non oil producing states plus the normal federal allocation and their internationally generated revenues

Yet there's nothing on ground in these states to suggest the homogeneous money they get every month.Hence I said they should be competing with Lagos state in terms of infrastrural development.

Total of 2 million passengers since inception and not daily is a fair measure of how important infrastructure like this is to our nation.

We need SG interstate trains.
