Pls, pls and pls learn to brush your mouth properly! Make sure u apply enough toothpaste, get a good toothbrush and scrub your tongue thoroughly.
The tongue where 50% of the bad breath comes from. If u stick out your tongue and it has a whitish/yellowish layer, your breath is most likely stinking
Also make sure u brush your teeth and all the corners

As for me I use Colgate Max Fresh

If u can afford mouthwash, it's advisable to get one as well. This helps those with strong bad breath.

If you are a representative then here's is why.... Was on a project work trip.... Forgot to pack my Colgate, so I bought pepsodent in road stand store.... After using in the Mon before setting out... I noticed by mid day the freshness wasn't there.... I was confused because I never experienced such with oral b which I used one time also and my regular Colgate.... So I was wondering if I bought fake one... So I had to buy them green gums to stay fresh all day

That's shocking to me to hear.
I used charcoal then with no much fluoride and I later fell to pepsodent and colgate cos of the fluoride hotness. Can u enlighten me more?

Hi!

I use any according to my mood for that day actually.
No special function other than removing surface stains and eliminating bad breath.

And you wey dey chop meat, make sure you get out every pieces of meat or whatever stuck within your teeths .. A good brush, esp those smoker's brush do that perfectly ..

You can use the most expensive tooth paste and still have bad breath if you don't brush the tongue..

Oh okay. Cos I have seen a video of a Nigerian preacher advising people to stop using toothpaste that contains fluoride cos it causes cancer.But from my preliminary findings,no conclusive facts of fluoride linked to cancer in humans or animals. So i am always curious when people tend to stay away from fluoride toothpaste.

In my experience using products with saccharine or high fluoride index, My teeth get really sensitive over a period of usage like i can barely brush afterwards and or chew. But the no fluoride/saccharine type I don’t get that type of feeling ever. Maybe it’s just me. so I stay away but can’t be thesame for everyone maybe but there’s a general conspiracy that fluoride ain’t good for humans as it affects the pineal gland but me oh I don’t believe that since most governments tap water are fluoridated

Colgate Herbal. As someone who detests eating breakfast at weekdays and also hates eating out, this toothpaste curbs my appetite for the most part of my day. For my night routine, I use Euthymol. Good stuff because your morning breath would be so fresh.
