Oh okay. Cos I have seen a video of a Nigerian preacher advising people to stop using toothpaste that contains fluoride cos it causes cancer.But from my preliminary findings,no conclusive facts of fluoride linked to cancer in humans or animals. So i am always curious when people tend to stay away from fluoride toothpaste.

If you will use fluoride toothpaste, that should be imported. All Nigerian fluoride toothpaste uses saccharine. Close up is the worst of it all.
It was a big rokus during uni days. As a guy approaches a babe, babe will tell you to use good toothpaste first before you talk to her. Cos close up is very cheap, guys use that more. It erodes their gum. In some, the gum area look coloured like greenish. And guys will be like, I brush twice a day, what causes this. And cos it's saccharine loaded, it react with the bacteria in the mouth to make the mouth smell horrible. My pastor then had to do full sermon on toothpaste one midweek service.
Use chewing stick instead of closeup.

There is sensodyne, aquafresh, even colgate. As long as its not close up family. It destroyed a lot of people's enamels and gums. Change toothbrush regularly. Once in a while visit the dentist to clean your teeth. It's very cheap.

Depending on the strength of your gum, you can go for normal or sensitive ones amongst these ones.

It's actually the best.
Chewing stick has anti microbial, antifungal and anti viral properties.
The only shortfall is that it does not brush properly nor make the smell go away but yes, it's very good.
Very good for cold sore.

I remembered the first time I brought Colgate from UK to a friend in Nigeria. He was busy arguing close up is the best until the girlfriend told him close up doesn’t hold his breath for long and his mouth smells after few hours of brushing . That is how baba embrace Colgate till date . Close up just foaming like OMO for nothing so Colgate is the best
