We all have a duty to play our part in transforming this country but those that will change it will not be angels. All politicians are corrupt including the developed democracies so that shouldnt be an issue. But we need a self-driven visionary leader. A self driven leader can regulate self.

Same thing was said about Cross River, Ebonyi, and Imo States when their governors defected to the APC. Today, they have strengthened the party in their respective states, winning elections and making it the ruling party at their state level
