It was not just Atiku. First it was Wike, who has the ambition of becoming the President. Seeing that it was the turn of the Igbos, he ensured that the likes of Umahi and Obi left, therefore opening the door for him to run as an Igbo person from the SS, just like Okowa.

Atiku’s desperation and ambition destroyed whatever was left. Infact Atiku has systematically been destroying PDP since 2003, when he started struggling to be the President.
