You can use the most expensive tooth paste and still have bad breath if you don't brush the tongue..

Even when in Nigeria, close up is a no no.
Most people who use that has plaque. We ran a stat then in uni. All the people who has dental plaques uses close up. I will rather use chewing stick than that thing. That's the worst toothpaste ever followed by pepsodent.
They will just ruin your teeth and gum.
Colgate is just brand name.
Also the brush you use take like 50% of the glory.
Don't expect magic when you don't use the right brush.


I will take aquafresh anytime any day. Have been using aquafresh for more than 15yrs. Tried others and went back to it. Aside that, I can use sensodyne for teeth sensitivity. It's so good.

Use charcoal toothpaste ....out of India. It is natural. Colgate ...Pepsodent .. Close Up ... almost all of the US tooth paste use fluoride... a poison. Why do you think they tell you not to swallow tooth paste? Not sure if it's Pepsodent ...but one of them use these micro beads to help in the scrubbing...the beads are made of plastic...some you do swallow ..then what? What is really best?...chew stick....it has wayyy more oral benefits than the best toothpaste.

I'm not really using it because of bad dentition. Teeth is already bad and needs thorough medical intervention, although I started years ago,but it's expired and I have to begin another round of rooting et al.

I use it to control bacteria that could cause more damage.

Colgate Herbal. As someone who detests eating breakfast at weekdays and also hates eating out, this toothpaste curbs my appetite for the most part of my day. For my night routine, I use Euthymol. Good stuff because your morning breath would be so fresh.

. Keep the habit up and you'll add magnesium trisillicate and probably cimetidine to the mix..
