Vice President Kashim Shettima is currently presiding over the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

In a surprising development, the Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Ibok-Ete Ibas, is present at the meeting, marking one of his first major appearances at the federal level since his appointment.

Also in attendance is the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori, who recently defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). His presence has further stirred political discussions, especially in light of his recent switch in party allegiance.

The NEC, which comprises State Governors, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, and other key government officials, is expected to deliberate on pressing economic matters affecting the country.

If any other party wins FG after Tinubu in 2031 (cos he will rig 2027), all the Northerner needs to do is sponsor acrimony in Lagos APC and if there is too much violence, remove the Governor and install SA.

BUT, be ready to have the media men in your corner because Lagos media is very powerful unlike Rivers media.

If you take away Lagos from APC, the party will scatter. It was originally Lagos money that was used to sponsor APC to Aso rock anyway.

During Buhari administration, Osinbanjo presided over half of the NEC meeting where key national and economic decisions are made. Yet he could not solve any problem in the country.

I have said this over and over again. That they are setting bad precedence and they don't know it. They are obsess of the power today. Jonathan was advise not to remove governors then when he declared state of emergency in 3 states. But APC get their and abuse this weapon. Trust the north. They will abuse this power when they have the chance because tinubu acted without thinking well.

His minions just keep supporting without thinking of the consequence

This might be the way to get Lagos out of his grip and his family forever

One day, a southern president from either Rivers state, Delta, Cross River or Akwa Ibom will declare a state of emergency in lagos, suspend the governor for 6 months, appoint a sole administrator from Adamawa state and then extend it to another 6 months. A precedent has been set and it will be followed in due course. Politics na your mate?
