Okpa if made with dark Okpa seeds
Moi moi if wrapped with banana leaves
Akara if fried with fresh oil, with onions and pepper added. Must be eaten with bread.
Buns is a big No. Never liked it with or without eggs

Best to Worst (Nutrition-wise):
Moi Moi – Nutrient-dense, steamed, high in protein and fiber

Okpa – High in complex carbs, good protein, and fiber

Akara – High protein but fried

Buns – Tasty but less nutritious, high in sugar and fat

I love all of them.
However , the most healthiest of them all remain okpa and moi-moi as they are not fried.
Fried foods are not that healthy so one should not make it a habit of eating them all the time .

From the list below, I choose Akara first, then Moimoi. I am not a foodie. I don't like to dip my feet in untested waters, so I don't know how okpa tastes. I don't think I'll ever try to know in case it spoils my taste buds.

I eat beans alone, however garnished with loads of crayfish, dry fish, suya spice, cameroon pepper & Efirin (scent leaf).

It's akara I don't fancy as much.
