DISSOLUTION OF COMMITTEES AND POLITICAL/MANAGEMENT APPOINTEES IN BAYELSA STATE PDP

The Caretaker Committee Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, George Turnah, MON, has approved the dissolution of all standing and ad hoc Committees established by the previous State Working Committee led by Chief Solomon Agwanana, effective today, Friday, April 25, 2025. This decision also includes the dissolution of all political appointees and management staff in the categories of Directors of Directorates and Heads of Departments within the administrative structure of the Party in the State

The Acting Chairman expresses gratitude to all individuals affected by this decision for their dedicated service to the Party in their respective capacities and wishes them success in their future endeavors.

Those affected are by this announcement directed to hand over all Party properties in their possession to the Secretary, Caretaker Committee of the Party before the close of work on Monday 28th April 2025 unfailingly

In all I blame Damagun and the PDP Governors..

One can now safely assume that Fubara has finally capitulated and will decamp to APC, as a condition for peace.

Moving ahead is a safe way by PDP to retain whatever structure Wike has not destroyed.

Is it not time to deal with the issue of decamping legislators once and for all? PDP must sort it out in court.
