last week, a physically impaired lady fell inside a man hole. Thank God she did not sustain serious injury but i pity her. looking a head like 20 meters, i saw those s aboki iron condemn

It is not designed to last forever. It is a cheaper alternative to metal covers that keep being stolen.

A carpenter only needs to grind the surface, polish, and then put a leg to those boards to get a stylish coffee table worth over a 100K. This is just one use of those boards, and I can name 10 without thinking too much. They are far from useless, Sir. In fact, any furniture maker will salivate at the sight of those wide, solid wood boards.

There's nothing they will use that doesn't have intrinsic value. To get the citizenry to be patriotic is the only solution.

Address the source of the problem . Why are people stealing ? Who is melting them , who is buying . All those area boys know who is buying . Round them up and put pressure not to buy or sell.

Yea sure, but the incentive is very low compared to steel. Scrap dealers (iron condemn) were the likely culprits, now it's useless to them.

The can fabricate concrete to cover it. The concrete will be useless to the manhole thieves.

So commit human rights violations in oder to solve the problem? That is no solution. Try again.

Meanwhile, assuming that you can solve the problem that way, which you obviously can't, it still won't be solved in a day.
