Nigeria Sending Delegation To Vatican, For What Precisely? by helinues(op): 7:38am On Apr 26, 2025
Why are we wasting tax payers money unnecessary. Why are we sending delegation to Vatican just to attend the Pope's burial?

Of what economy important would that delegation visit bring to Nigeria?

Some things like this are not making any sense

Money they are supposed to utilize judiciously to the benefits of the poor masses.

They hurriedly remove fuel subsidy, but the money they're trying to save up by fuel subsidy removal is been used for flamboyant lifestyles.

it's just to Stregthen diplomatic ties.
Also there may be other unplanned businesses that will take place over there.

Connections are built, business deals are established by attending events.

It's out of respect; Last Respect.

The death of the Pope is comparable to the death of a President or World Leader.
So nothing wrong in sending a delegation.

Hahaha, Mrvitalis, you are talking about inconsistency on this forum.

Peter Obi was a calamity according to you all through his tenure as Anambra state governor but today same Peter Obi is the best curry for Taiwan rice and you are talking about consistency

Fcs, should you be opening your mouth to be talking about consistency? Huh

That was a hypocritical statement from you

The pope is also the president of the Vatican. Even though that side of him is not shown much, he is a president. It is normal for all countries to send a delegation to represent them at his burial.

Same way we wonder you keep supporting every policy of the government in power which does not make any sense to the sensible masses.
If it was in an islamic country, your fellow WhatsApp group members will support it.
It's now day break to know the various ways public funds are being wasted?

The key point is that it's unnecessary to question it, as this behavior is typical of the Nigerian government

After that questioning the last funded pilgrims by Nigerians, there have been some changes from both FG and the states

..helll...anuis.. grin..so why are you supporting Thief'nubu..why don't you..ask those you claim to be the best president in Africa.. grin grin

..See how you are exposing the incompetence of the guru strategist..but still standing on that mandate..

..the delegates sent to vatican are also tired of muslim muslim ticket.. grin..they are sending a message to folks like you who supported mu-mu ticket that Nigeria is a Christian state...not an islamic state.. grin

..if the delegates were visiting Afghanistan or Saudi arabia..you would not have created this hypocritical thread..

..if it was truly about "wasting tax payers money"..you would have been opening countless nuumber of threads against Thief'nubu..cos Thief'nubu has been wasting tax payers money since he snatched & grabbed...what you do is always attack those who condemn Thief'nubu's wastages.. grin grin

..you have come with this yout popular moniker after using your Sharpsharp00123 moniker to cry on PO's mentions.. grin grin

..helll..anuis..pls desist from switching monikers to seek hypocritical acceptance on Nairaland..it shsll never happen.. grin grin

grin grin grin
