When I read "loyal to", I cringe. Who are the fools loyal to politicians? How much are you being paid to be loyal to these people? Whether APC, PDP, labour or whatever colouration they come in these days. It's not worth it.
You read about their defections daily. They will join the same party they were fighting 6 months prior and yet the poor people are loyal to them for what, to be given 2k for showing up to the rally or protests?
