The madness no get part 2!

About 3 days after my parcel arrived China in March, they sent me an email twice, claiming that they couldn't deliver the parcel because my phone number was unreachable (this is after I'd already sent them email twice when the parcel was still within LAGOS, but got no reply from them o). They told me further to provide alternative number to enable them contact me for the delivery of the order, which I did. At the end of the day, it was a mirrage!

Across the states they no dey reply to Whatsapp messages,email,sms,call again, imagine person wey asked u to provide alternative number.

Still waiting for when we go get am right in this country

Those your Lagos speedaf no dey help o.for my state if they called u and u are not available (not in town) u can reschedule the d delivery or ask someone to collect for u.and its after 7 days that it will be return to warehouse.God will help una.

They keep dropping my calls. I will try tomorrow again, maybe the holiday is the problem.

Speedaf in this your areas don't have customer care at all o.

But again I expect every shoppers ordering for 3-5 times now should have contact of speedaf key person in their area,I think this is very important.

Even b4 it arrive their offices I have started calling to know whose office is landing.

Anyway try your luck.

Next tomorrow will make it exactly a month since my package arrived Nigeria but with no further movement/updates. Guys, what should be the next thing for me to do? What is the fate of my package? It's just a tiny tube and fitting for my hearing aids worth less than N5k. I've purchased same product from same store sometime last year without issues.

I finally spoke to the customer care today and they just delivered the product.

Please I made about 4 orders from AliExpress. 2 of the orders confirmed that order shipped (package left warehouse) and I can track them on Parcelapp with their tracking number

The other two just say order shipped (the seller has shipped your order) and I can't track them on parcelapp with their tracking number.

There are two of them and the other one is very responsible & reasonable with delivery. It is also closer to my address. But that second one is annoying, would expect me to pay for registered items to be brought to my door and most times will want me to come pick them up.

You better cooperate with them as much as possible so as not to have miserable experience with your order.whatever they write is likely final o.
Only Lagos or so enjoy doorstep delivery,if they delivered doorstep fine,if they ask u to pickup do my broda.only few is doing that job now.

Aliexpress is not responsible for whoever delivers your parcel, Speedaf is! You should lodge your complaints to their headquarters, but I can assure you that they won't do "nothing" about the situation.

In a scenario like this, what I'll advice you do is to visit Speedaf office the guy operates from and report him to his Supervisor. He could deny the allegation when asked, therefore, make sure you do your assignment well before taking such a step: next time you have a package to be delivered by him, and he calls you, put the call on speaker and record it with another phone. That's a good evidence against him.

What the guy is doing is pure extortion because all Aliexpress-speedaf home deliveries are free. Besides, he sees you as helpless, that's why he decides to catch your "maga!" If you don't reject it now, he'll continue playing the game with you. The worst he can do is to claim that your number is unreachable and then return the parcel to their office. If he decides to mess up with it, he'd be made to pay for it.
