I.e., make it last longer than a day without spoiling. Does anyone know or have any suggestions? I’ve encountered one on Instagram but I forgot the particulars of what she said.

Well, my wife cooks exactly what we can tidy in a sitting and if by chance there are leftovers, same ol' same... warm it and put in freezer...keep it open o cos those things inside no dey hear word...and tidy it the next day.

Anything longer my hand no dey o

By the way, does anyone reckon ogiri has any place in ofe-Owere? Anyone?

One of the problem with fried rice is that, carrot and curry doesn't cooperate with each other

So prepare your veggies separately and when you want to serve get rice from the pot get veggies from its pot combine on another pot and serve from that pot

By so doing they will not meet each other till day break and in the morning you warm both separately and mix all together if you are very sure you will finish it immediately
