30 goals each season won't be guarantee anymore at this age in the next 3 seasons, am a Liverpool fan I would love him to break Shearer record but it's seem impossible except 4 season maybe

Chelsea, United, Spurs and City didn't bring it this season.

I can't help but wonder how things would have turned out if they really went for it.

Congrats to Liverpool....! Next season will be quite interesting.

Hopefully, Gunners will finally win it.

Of course, he needs a trophy badly, that was why he left. But the base of the matter is, something will make the player who suppose to break that record to depart the premier league. So alan shearer still remains the goat in goals!

Yes ur absolutely correct. It will be difficult for any player on that list to break that record. Except Harry returns which is unlikely, or Haaland continues wit his form for the next 5 to 6 seasons which is also unlikely, his likely to move to Madrid someday. As for Salah, even if he sees out his 2yrs contract wit Liverpool, I don't see him scoring 70+ league goals in 2 seasons.

So for now, Shearer is the goat.

Even in his prime the highest Ronaldo recorded in EPL was 31 goals, scoring 80 goals in two seasons means scoring 40 goals in each of the two league seasons.
That's impossible for even Haaland to achieve let alone a 35/36 years old Salah.
