Chief GEJ saw the evil in subsidy payment, he couldn't remove it, cause I lacked the strength to do it. Tinubu has demonstrated he isn't weak. I don't know how else you want me to say It again. People are first in politics for their selfish interests and will do anything to realise this..so, elections in Nigeria requires huge funds to prosecute.

Already, those in government and their aides can comfortably prosecute elections in their domains, because they have access to funds.

He removed it, with Okonjo Iweala, Dieziani going round the country on town hall meetings to lecture Nigerians why subsidy must be removed.

Tinubu say a political opportunity to rally the masses against the government and locked down Lagos in the name of Ojota protest to make the subsidy removal fail.
Jonathan and his team had to back down considering Lagos is the economic nerve of the nation.

We need no sentiment, GEJ cannot perform magic within 4yrs.

Is either Nigeria comes together and ignore this North and South arrangement and seek good candidate or simply leave BAT to continue being a colossal failure for the remaining years so the north can take over again.

GEJ only served as Ag President fulfilling Yar'Adua term. His own term started from 2011-2015. He lost to Buhari in 2015.
He's eligible for one more term in office as President.
