The service chiefs need no extra marching order to protect the lives and property they swore by oath to protect. If they are incompetent which apparently they are, then sack them and bring in a more competent and more intentional service chief.


Sending delegates of the Nigerian Govt to the Pope's burial is not wrong besides a belligerent nation's President like Ukraine was there though strategic. The point VDM is making is that none of our leaders from number 1 -4 has made an effort to visit these states affected by the senseless and inhumane killings which is so very wrong.

So which delegation has the president sent to benue, Plateau and other states ravaged by insecurity?

Then, who did the president sent to sympathize and condole with those innocent Nigerians being killed on a daily basis. While sending the Senate president to Rome, he would also have send the vice president or speaker of the house to visit those terrorized state to console them.
