They are trying to discredit him, because he chose to liberate his country from slavery. Not every country must practice democracy. Let him be |

kettykin:Good question. A country should be allowed to develop on it's own term without external interference. Ask all these emergency "Burkina Faso lovers" why they never cared about the country in the past when it was shipping it's resources to the west. Poor pathetic beings. |

He should handover to the civilian government and concentrate on his core mandate, to protect and secure the citizens. Wetin concern soldiers with ruling people in 21st century? Small time, he will became an another dictator and despot trying to die of old age in power thereby eliminating any form of threats to his reign |

I don’t care about any system of government, so far is for the good of the citizens then is fine…. You can’t impose your ideology of governance… I keep telling people democracy can’t work everywhere…. Just like in Nigeria is our democracy working? |

Bascads will always find a way to say something about him... the fact that he stood his ground and send the slave master away alone define it all . |

Since one Africa president who regularly visit France and has been paid millions of dollars to assasin8 Traore but has not succeeded, they have started paying some urchins to run cheap propaganda. Our eyes on you guys. Is democracy good enough for Africa? It's a forced system of governance on us just like Christianity and islam. If Traore is trying to tear democracy apart so as to wield power, as long as he's working and more interesting, breaking the colonist off that part of Africa soil, we are good. Let Nigeria president continue in his assisting French president's .nonsense |

Long live Ibrahim Traore. Posts like this one are Western-sponsored Propaganda aimed at creating a bad image for anyAfrican leader who has the interest of his people at heart. Shidinky:Exactly! more funds have circulated. They’ve set up a UK army base in one of the northern states in Nigeria and even cut down the electricity supply to Niger Republic. Thieffnubuu is nothing but a puppet for France and the UK. He has absolutely nothing to offer Nigerians, only the interests of the Western countries. |

Anyone observing how all the APC online apologists suddenly turns against Traore including Reno 1. They have agreed in their propaganda meeting to influence the narrative and perception of Traore 2. US has put Tinubu under pressure to oust Traore through force or media propaganda (coming after Trump's outbursts) Its all a game of interest. They care less about Africans .... Traore is not worse than Tinubu, Paul Biya and other sit-tight African presidents. His crime is his anti-West policies |

Leave Burkina Faso alone, they are doing better than Nigerians. Focus on Nigeria's problems. They're not dealing with kidnapping, corruption or ethnic/religious cleansing at the level Nigeria is. What advancement has the french-backing of Yoweri Museveni or Paul Biya brought to Uganda or Cameroon in the decade? |

While I smell APC on this smear campaign on Traoré, it should be noted that many of the Upper Volta military government’s attitude towards France is stupid. I agree that Western Europe and North America have taken a lot from Africa but what they have given us is far greater. Without these guys we all would have been wiped out by either Arab slave traders or malaria. |

This write up is sponsored, no doubt. We saw how the West tried to bring down Dangote Refinery. If Ibrahim Traore is not accepted and supported in Africa with the giant strides he's making right now, by defeating the natural law of gravity and Western subjugation, then we Africans can never be set free from eternal slavery in the hands of these Whites. Honestly, it's a bitter truth that no matter how good you're in this world, you cannever be accepted by all and sundry. Ibrahim Traore has surpassed what democratic governments cannot achieve in many decades for less than 5 years. If all African countries including Nigeria can break away from Western dominanation and neocolonization, the continent would have been one of the greatest instead of taking the current last position. We should be ashamed of ourselves. |

When the West is about to kill any African leader who is for the liberation of his ppl from neocolonialism they will call him bad name to hang him. This was how Gaddafi was called bad name till dey end him. And as for the young Traore he shouldn't repeat Gaddafi and Sankara's mistake he can transform his country if he really means it and not like other African greedy power hungry leaders he should take a clue from Mandela who transformed SA 4 live within his 4yrs in office. Traore should create a new people constitution that won't tolerate corruption, supervise a fair election and allow the Burkinabes choose their leader. You leave the stage while the ovation is loudest. He should do the needful on time and return to the barracks if he truly love his ppl |

The truth of the matter is that na Nigeria carry this guy matter for head o because what we call democracy appears not to be working for the common man and more. They are actually doing all it take to encourage a military take over. Then again, Bakinafaso nor dey use internet? They should come and tell us their own side of the story. I don tire to they hear Ibrahim cancels school fees to university level, Ibrahim makes health care free, Ibrahim to start paying unemployed citizen in dollars monthly... |
