So only Southerners are corrupt.
Where is the northern most fantastic corrupt leaders except the man from Taraba.
Where are the likes of Abdullahi Adamu, Almakura, Sule Lamido, Gandollar, and those PMB grant presidential pardon, almost all the past northern governors and recently El-Rufai.
