Then you must agree that it's family business because the Church was built by donations, offerings, tithe and other seeds like church building projects etc. And the members who gave out these monies never intended to give to the pastor or his family but to God. So why is it now a family thing instead of God's thing?

This is wrong, governments should save the Church from some men that wants to turn the institution into a family business. There should be a law that makes is difficult for Church founders handing over the leadership to people they are biologically related to. Its obvious that lots of Churches these days are nothing but just family business.
Reason why I respect RCCG so much, the founder was a true Christian.
