That would be difficult, the reason Otti has nothing to fear is because he won on another party ticket that has no obligation to pdp or apc. The people moving to apc are the ones with pending dirty record or the ones that their godfather has pending dirty record with Efcc. Look at Otti, this is his first tenure and his people are strongly behind him. Like I said, he has no reason to swap, except if he just feels like to swap because of next election and we still have like 2 years. And it would be difficult for Abia people to vote APC with the current administration performance over there.
