The problem is that APC is never nationalistic in their actions,from the days of Buhari to Tinubu Nigerians have never had it this bad,they took tribalism and nepotism to a new height,especially Tinubu's govt and for this reason,every Nigeria now judge the actions or inactions of this government from the prism of tribe.
This is about the first time that state actors are actively participating in tribal ranting and that tells you that the presidency must have given his tacit support to such.His body language and that of his inner caucus tells you the obvious.
