I recently saw a video of my fellow Igbo man giving kudos to a female medical student that is gifted in playing Oja(Igbo flute). When she was playing it, the man brought out cash. I was thinking he was going to spray it but he told her to open her purse so he can put the money there.

That was the right thing to do.

Finally, billionaire is 1 billion dollars, pounds or Euros. Your EMoney is not a billionaire.
