Martinez is currently on 12 goals, while Jackson is on 10. Both have the same GA in the league. Jackson is significantly cheaper than Martinez and plays in a much tougher league. I know you’ll probably misquote again, so let me clearly state my stance:

Jackson is a bargain for the money we paid. A world-class striker would cost more than double. You've suggested players like Gyökeres, Guirassy, and Osimhen, all of are more expensive than Jackson. Guirassy is on a 4-year deal, while Jackson is tied down for 8 years, which makes him technically even cheaper. You can’t buy a Micra and expect Brabus performance.

We have wingers who can’t even score 10 goals in a season, midfielders who can’t register assists, and centre-backs who can’t defend. When Jackson was away, we got worse. Fun fact: We haven’t lost a single Premier League game since Jackson returned. He missed 8 EPL games, and we lost 4 of them.

Another example is City this season, they have world class striker but can't compete at previous level

Yes, Jackson has slightly improved this season in terms of goals and general movement in and around the box, but CFC would simply be making up the numbers if he is the leading striker in next season’s UCL (if we qualify)
