Who gave him visa? That investment visa is not supposed to be for anybody that has 200 dollars. There should be a limit to it. For US it’s 5m. For Nigeria it should be nothing less than 500m. What ever country he’s from they need to find it and request that he’s brought back to answer to Nigeria. Send the request to Interpol too and Nigeria immigration should be able to trace the country he traveled to if he has left the country.

All these "medicine after death" approach by the EFCC, doesn't speak well of the organization. CBEX had operated in this for almost two (2) full years, so EFCC cannot tell us that they were not aware of the operations of this ponzi scheme. Even when they (EFCC) published the names of supposed ponzi schemes, CBEX was not mentioned, even though it was among the top 3 ponzi schemes operating in the country.They (EFCC) should spare us this haphazard operation of theirs, and allow those who lost funds to the fraudulent scheme to count their losses in peace.
