She should go to the police and arrest her. At least she has evidence to back herself up. Inasmuch we didn’t know what actually happened before the beating, no matter what, she didn’t have the right to beat her.

Women from that area in Cross River State are naturally hot headed, especially Ikom and Etung women. For my peace of mind I had to separate by relocating my baby mama/ wife to be from my mother before one day they call me from work to come and carry corps to the mortuary.

All this rude loud mouthed social media induced new generation teenagers tht got married without proper guidelines and guidance .....mere looking at the clip ....u can deduce the following....
1.she is loud mouthed and I'll mannered
2. She lack respect for the man
3.she is a social media type of person any how person
4.she is not yet matured to be in marriage
5.she is overtly sectional see how she refused to explain wat happened or wat led to her being slapped but rather remained adamant standing on a faint line of emotional blackmail

So sad. However, I don't blame the mother in-law or the wife but the stupid idiot that called himself husband. Beat or abuse your mother in return? If you do, people would condemn you irregardless of her excesses.

You can only report her excesses to who can handle her well.

I dont trust any of the parties involved they just want to assert dominace, both the mother inlaw and the wife.

For the mother Inlaw, she want to remain relevant and have control in Her son familiy, for the wife it seems she planned this, she found the perfect situation, when she is pregnant to escalate matters and to justity what she wants.

The solution is maybe the man should rent another place for his mother and take good care of her while the wife gives birth in peace. But he should preserve his ties with his family and mother but the mother should not lay her hands on the wife, thats not acceptable.

Many women like isolating the man's family but they will bring their own family closer, which is manipulative. And is not good for the man.

It will be a good gesture for the Mother to apologise to the wife and then let the wife attitude come out clearly, whether she just despise the mother and just want her gone

Inlaws should learn to respect the wife of their son. Its very important, they should take her as their daughter, be gentle with her. She is not a house help too.
