It's the same kid just older after 11 months. The big black mark you mentioned is as a result of POP casting. Club foot correction is done using serial manipulation and casting. It's a simple technique. It's done here in Nigeria in every orthopedic hospital

Just like Nigeria too, richest person in the continent is from Nigeria but there is still high number of poor people in the country.

You need to go to Igbobi or find an orthopedic hospital.
Note: it must be an orthopedic hospital and the procedure (which is done in stages) must be done by an experienced orthopedic surgeon.
If it’s done by an inexperienced person it may result in what we call “rocker bottom” - google that.

You can check their websites for the closest branch to you.

Also "Smile train" offers FREE cleft lip and palate correction in many teaching hospitals.

Nigerians you people should be getting exposed and do better! These things are close to you people but many are not aware!

Not quite true. It's a myth propagated by communists in India. Income inequality is measured by GINI coefficient, which for India and some other nations is:-

South Africa. 63.0
USA. 41.3
China. 35.7
Nigeria. 35.1
Japan. 32.9
South Korea. 32.9
India. 32.8
Netherlands. 25.7

Which means that India has a similar gap between rich and poor similar to nations like Japan and South Korea. And it's much lesser than Nigeria, China and USA. And much more than Netherlands.

In addition, India is the ONLY NATION ON EARTH for whom this number (GINI Coeff.) has reduced parallel to economic growth. ALL other nations have only seen their income inequality rise with economic growth.

Ofcourse people with an agenda, like the Communists in India, want to hide this fact and want people to rely on eyeball instead of hard statistics so that they can continue to propagate the myth that in India the divide between rich and poor is too much.
