All these people claiming that they can't own land in the south East, have you ever approached someone to buy land, and the person sold it to you, only for some people to claim that it's illegal?

You approach someone to buy land, and because of price or other factors (like the person is not interested in selling), your wish didn't materialize, does not equate to "I can't own land in the east as a Yoruba or northerner".

Southerners do not go to the North to occupy farmlands under the guise of cattle rearing, disrupting agricultural practices and destroying crops—many of which are cash crops cultivated by hardworking, innocent farmers striving to earn a living.

I didn't know that Dangote refinery is on Arewa land not to mention several other northerners who have properties across southern states. He should have said southerners are resisting their free grazing and land grabbing. Employ one aboki and see how they will occupy your property because they don't pay rent.
