They don't rent good houses neither do they pay utility bills.
They prefer to live in shanties, their jobs ranges from shoe maker, security, digging of 5G cable lines, terrorism.

Have u brought a factory or business with employable opportunity to d South and nobody sold lands to u?
I remember those days while growing up, my cousin asked me if I've ever seen a house owned by hausa man? Even the hausas who are employed in NNPC, shell, Elf etc hardly develop the cities where they stay.
Now for example: The owner of The Genesis fast food is from kwara state (North) and he operates so many branches in Portharcourt, lagos, Akwa ibom, Bayelsa...and he has houses there. He's a Northerner (but not Hausan) and his line of business is contributing to the state's IGR so why won't he buy lands anywhere he wants? S.S Sanusi is from kwara state and has an oil servicing company in pH, warri etc...
So my advice is that the hausans before u start crying, ask urself what is ur contribution to ir host community outside metal scrap business, shoe maker, sugar spot, livestock business in which u live inside d market or d trailers that bring ur goods from d North not forgetting sugar cane vendors.
