I disagree with your last claims that people disbursing the funds maybe supporting Peter Obi or Atiku, we all know that since APC get into power all their political appointments and zoning of offices are one sided so stick to the truth and stop dragging Obi and Atiku into this

I don’t know who actually advice Tinubu to remove Subsidized school fees for students in universities, this is a bad policy reverse it and stop allowing students to pass through hell paying exorbitant fees we all know those who are in charge of disbursing this loan will definitely convert it into their personal used instead of the original purpose, same way they remove fuel subsidy and Nigerians are paying through nose to buy fuel daily at expensive prices at the end of the day all this policy aren’t working nothing has been achieved so far it only make those in public office get rich while the citizens that are meant to enjoy these subsidies suffer

Please read well we don't have 299 public federal and state Universities, you should know that this includes colleges of Education and Polytechnics

CBN releases funds to school accounts under the purviews of the management mainly the Bursar. So much noise, you should be asking why have they disbursed only 48 billion out of 100billion already disbursed on paper, who is keeping the money, the schools? Don't let this government confuse you o. NELFUND has received 200billion in less than how many years of operation and has disbursed half of it and only about 48% of it has been released.
