Indians are fond of this but this is the stark reality in almost every sector in the country ranging from oil & gas, agro- allied , steel to mention but a few .
Despite the abolishment of slave trade decades ago, these companies treat the locals with disdain and a tiny fraction of their country men who are in the management cadre looks the other way .
Ironically the labour unions who are supposed to ensure this slave treatment is ended has kept mum.

Blame our failed institution's.
Chinese and Indians are taking advantage of our failed institution's.
Where is the ministry of Labour.
They are zero.
Many of Chinese company's and Indian companies are not in pensions HMO and do not have any retirement benefits for their staff.
They treat our Nigerians like slave.
Wicked people.

Establish strict labor laws that forbid every organizations from paying below the national minimum wage, and such things will stop.

The reason?!! That would worsen unemployment.

So, it's a tradeoff for them having underemployed citizens than unemployed ones.

To me they should ask the state government, the state government has collect bribe if nothing has been done to address this .... similar thing happen in Ibadan the then government close the company until they agree to pay good salary and also HMO.... no company can operate freely in any state without the state government know about it

Sadly, i can relate to this ‘cause I once had someone in the security industry. If una see how much people in comfort pays their home guards ehn, you will pity those guards.
