Let me educate you. The reason why it seems that foreigners can't buy lands it's because land in the east is scarce and therefore expensive. A plot of land in my village ( mind you, I said my village not state capital) is 8M. This is the cheapest you can get. How much more to get lands in urban cities
It's difficult for most strangers to dole out 8M naira for a land in a village. In south South, you can get land for from 500k and above depends on the locality

Fulani northerners don't acquire lands for genuine reasons but to conquer the whole community and town in future so how can indigenous southerners be comfortable selling their lands to them?

why do you people tell these lies that put people's lifes at risk? I wanted to buy one duplex in Enugu. When we started the process of negotiations, it turned out the duplex belongs to a Yoruba man and his main business is building and selling houses in enugu. He has built over 10 houses in enugu. But nooooo the lie is sweater so let's stick with the lie no matter the damage it does

Only one of Dem fit rent a space, build pako and nylon batcher on it, con carry over 20 of his brother dey stay inside.
