Party leadership must be separated from the governor of a state. Just like Sim and Wike. So Sim is now the leader of PDP in the state? Who will respect him? We must leave party leadership to those with the capacity. Some times, a governor may possess this quality, but it shouldn't be automatic.

It's simple.....Omo agege and Ned simply gets senatorial tickets or Omo agege replaces keyamo as minister and keyamo gets a parastatal to head.....a major and strategic one maybe NDdC or nimasa for omo agege.....also campaign season is coming and tinubu still needs keyamo to repeat the great job he did in the last election campaigns......sheriff and Okowa retains the state as their sphere of influence.

I see Ned nwoko, decamping to another political party to pursue his political ambition for governor of Delta state.

I'm very sure, the Gov would have it in mind, people loyal to him that he would be backing to be senator, rep, assembly, the same way other gladiators have theirs.

Wen it gets to that stage, those that are loosing out won't send Tinubu again, it would be fight to finish. They are still respecting him for now, because tomorrow still be clouded with uncertainty, but wen the chips are down......

Oga, Oborevwori is an infant politician when compared to those he is going to dine with in the APC.
We all knew how he became the speaker, how he was a mumu speaker to Okowa to allow Okowa to use Delta state as a collateral to borrow loans upon loans and they all shared the money.
We also know how Okowa did everything possible to compensate his loyalty by making him the Governor.
The choice for Oborevwori to decamp to the APC is not his choice. Even as a Seating Governor he is still a loyal house boy to Okowa.
He does not have the balls to say no.
Time Will tell.

It is no longer news that the present governor of Delta State, His Excellency Mr. Sheriff has crosscarpeted to the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC). His reasons are best known to Him and Him alone. But we all know it is for his selfish interest and not in the interest of his people.

Also, the immediate past governor and Vice-presidential candidate for PDP in last general elections, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has also left the PDP for APC. He alone knows why.

Then again, we have Senator Ned Nwoko, husband of Nigeria's Nollywood screen goddess, Regina Daniels who decamped from the PDP to APC. He has his motives for this.

We also have the Minister of aviation and former minister of state for labour and employment, Mr. Festus Keyamo who has been a member of the APC for some time now.
We also have the former Deputy Senate President, Ovie OmoAgege. Who has been the Memeber of this party for some years now.

The question is, who is the party leader in Delta State at this point in time?. We all know that the sitting governor of a state is the recognized leader of his party in same state. But in APC, I seem not to understand. Recall Tinubu was the party leader of APC when Buhari was in power? Meanwhile it was Buhari the president who was supposed to be the leader of the party but BAT snatched, grabbed and ran away with the Title.

Dude is a paperweight politician! An opportunist ejo can't even win his polling unit. An ordinary Abuja politician with no grassroot support back home. Only to be running his mouth online like someone who has diarhoear of the mouth.

He has never contested and won any election in his life. The same way he has never won any high profile case but became a SAN anyways. He contested for Senate after the sudden demise of Hon. Akpor Pius Ewerhido, he lost woefully.

All the people on that list are seasoned politicians with the machinery to win election any day any time twice on Friday. Okowa fought Ibori's electoral machinery to a standstill and won. Ned Nwoko single handedly won his senatorial election. Ovie Omo-Agege has been in politics since the days of Uduaghan, he was once the Secretary to the State Government. He single handedly raised the profile of APC in Delta state. He Won senatorial election twice and even sponsored other APC candidates.

Paperweight politicians like Keyamo shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as these heavyweights. It's an insult!

He is not entirely wrong. Okowa joined the APC to avert arrest but he's the Godfather of Sheriff, who is now the party leader.

Okowa still holds the PDP structure in the state, and now has the APC through Sheriff.

Remember APC has internal crisis (factions).
