tunjijones:It's called a phase, life is in phases. He could start with that room and later progress into something bigger, just like the write-up suggested. If he feels like jugging,he should hit the streets. There's hope for survival out there, unlike what we have here in Nigeria. Anyone that has opportunity should seize it ASAP. |

It's more about mentality. Nigeria is the best place, geographically speaking. |

tunjijones:Ur comment is insensitive to those who have suffered from insecurity. Whether u like it or not, the insecurity in this country affect you directly or indirectly. If it hasn't gotten to you directly, it ll surely gets to you indirectly. It's just a matter of time. |

Mindlog:I guess, with more pay/less time, it doesn't consume too much of your energy, as well? Please, what skill set is this, that pays you more while consuming less time (preventing you from working like a slave)? |

tunjijones:Like the writer said, They like it like that. You've made your choice to continue staying in Northern Nigeria and you're okay with it. Those that have japa have their own strong motivation and they're fine with life there. Life is not easy anywhere. Let everyone rest abeg |

tunjijones:your made up nonsensical story makes no sense. Quoting you "How can I be living in a mansion and have very good source of income in Nigeria, then I leave to go and stay in a one room studio apart in the UK where I will work like a slave for the rest of my life " even people that started from the very scratch in the"box apartment " don't spend the rest of their lives in the box, they plan, they work hard, they excel and get good things for themselves. The fact that you have already planned to spend the rest of your life in the box apartment shows you are a real life looser. Nonsense. |

Even her confined coffin apartment, she has access to water and electricity 24/7 with the fact, tomorrow holds abundant opportunities for her succeed there. Compare that to Nigeria where the only thing on an average citizen mind is what to eat, morning, afternoon and night. All the hustles from January to December goes to buying food. How about the crazy increase of rent. All this shenanigans won't deter people to japa. |

phorget:As in eh. Those people are securing property and British passport ls for their children so they can have where to run to after destroying Nigeria. Me, I should be more patriotic than everyone else. Lol. Living in Nigeria is not easy oh. No matter how patriotic I try to be. That's the honest truth. |

ariesbull:Very ignorant post. That same 450 pounds will get you a mini flats in other places in England. You can't complain if you use the money that can get you a flat in ayobo to rent a small room in Lekki. |

tunjijones:Good question, I asked someone one day, why do you hardly here of banditry in Kano state, I was told there are no expanse of lands for them to hide in Kano. You see where the problem lies in those states where banditry thrives. The government there don't have complete control of their land areas which allows these incursions from border countries go unchecked. |

Ray07:Guy let me break it down. That 450 pounds is just less than one week salary.. That 450 pounds will get her 1. 24 hours electricity supply 2. Brazen speed 5G Internet 24/7 month after month. 3. Available gas each month. 4. Water bills and all associated bills like the ones you pay lawma and so on and we call it council tax here. Now if she wants a bigger place she can go to other areas in England we call outside London or somewhere outside expensive areas in England and she can get at least a studio flat. So leave all these nonsense ignorant people post online especially the JJCs that just came in from Nigeria. What you guys see as luxurious life style in naija is a norm for us here. So annoying how they compare paying 500 pounds for a room per month in UK and then eating it to what they pay for a flat in naija. Can you pay for that flat with two months salary in naija,? Yet you can easily pay 500 pounds with less than a week salary in UK. |
