Tamilore Odunsi, a 23-year-old British-Nigerian nursing student, was tragically stabbed to death in her Houston, Texas apartment just days before her graduation. Originally from London, she had moved to the U.S. in 2022 to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and was preparing to graduate within weeks.

Known online as "Tami Dollars," Tamilore had over 30,000 TikTok followers, where she shared her journey as a nursing student. Her final post, uploaded just days before her death, showed her excited about her upcoming graduation.

Police discovered her body with multiple stab wounds during a welfare check after concerns were raised by a family friend. A man—believed to be a new flatmate she barely knew—was found in the bedroom with stab wounds and is in critical condition.

Tamilore's family described her as a devoted Christian, caring, and full of ambition, especially passionate about helping children through healthcare. A GoFundMe page has raised over £29,000 to bring her body back to the UK and cover funeral costs.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not yet released further details about the incident.

Where are the saner clowns?Many Africans especially Nigerians think that when they travel out to all these developed countries they won't die again.They feel they will definitely grow to old age,but every time we keep hearing how some of them are been killed in the same "insecurity free" countries.So the good roads, good health care systems, stable electricity,..etc cannot stop them from dying?..
