God is always present and Infact already knows the future. "I knew you before I formed you in the womb" (Jeremiah 1:5) that is why he is able to manifest and people experience theophany.

Just imagine you brought three words to label a God and these words aren't found in His word but when i tried to reason with you based on what He said in His word you turned to anyone word still not found in His word!
